SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy

Orders within the U.S. typically take 1-2 Weeks to deliver, depending on proximity to the candle studio. Additionally in rare circumstances they may take up to 3 week to deliver, depending on carriers and seasons. Orders to Canada may take 2-3 weeks after the ship date. Please allow additional days for processing and shipment during Holiday season.
All our candles are shipped from Spokane, Washington.

All average shipping times assume no delays. Please allow additional shipping time for Hawaii and Alaska. We take special care in packaging your candles to protect them from weather and possible damage during transit. However, in extreme hot or cold conditions, we recommend minimizing the time a delivered good remains outside (on a doorstep).

Return & Exchange Policy

We love our candles, and we hope you do, too! If you order a candle or melt and don’t absolutely love it right out of the box, you can return or exchange the unused product within 30 days of delivery. You must package and ship your candle(s) safely back to our address below. We do not provide paid return labels.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES
If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please use the Contact Us form and provide us with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
STANDARD RETURNS
We are proud of the quality of our handmade candles and hope you love them. However, we understand that sometimes it is difficult to know if a fragrance is for you. Any unburned Candle or unused Product can be returned for a full refund (excluding the original shipping charge) within 30 days of receiving it.
Please return eligible items to the address below with the reason for the return and your packing slip or other identifier (order number, email, name, etc.).
EXCHANGES
We hope you find new a favorite fragrance with every candle purchase! However, we understand that sometimes a fragrance just isn’t for you. If you would like to exchange an unburned candle or unused melt for a different fragrance, please return your candle to the address below and write the desired candle fragrance on your packing slip. We'll then ship your chosen fragrance back for free! Exchanges must be sent back to the Anchored Northwest within 30 days of receiving your order:
